I'd start at Quality 3 and go up until you reach the limit the stream can handle. Also, if you have a ridiculous computer processor, then you could force that to compress most of the data prior to sending it to the site you're streaming to. The game is just bugged to he'll I really really wanted to love this game but after 2 RROD 2 save file mess ups and deleting my achievements I sold it to gamestop for 50 cents. yes 50 cents sucks that bad and they were selling it for 20$. Deepsilver failed at this game I really tried to love it but all the bugs just forced me away from it. I dont know if something is messed up with the game or the system.
